Food on the Edge 2021
Food On The Edge was back this year in the form of a blended symposium with a mix of in-person speakers with other speakers joining virtually. The venue for this year’s event was Airfield Estate, Dundrum
1IMAGE principal photographer, Bryan Brophy created a wide selection of engaging, high quality images for use across multiple Press PR and marketing platforms.
These vibrant images from the event were widely used across national and local press, online/social media and food industry specialised press. Therefore, gaining widespread publicity of our client’s event.
TG4 @ 25: Book Launch Event
Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, Catherine Martin launched a new book TG4 @ 25, at an event in Dublin in November to mark TG4’s twenty fifth anniversary.
TnaG, a dedicated Irish language television channel was launched on Halloween night 1996. The channel was founded by then Minister of Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht, Michael D. Higgins.
#andshecycles Ambassador Awards: An Taisce Green-Schools Programme:
In November, 23 secondary school students from eight schools were awarded for their participation in the #andshecycles Ambassador Programme. The campaign was launched as Green-Schools’ research showed teen girls cycle less than their male peers.
The #andsheycles Campaign is an initiative of the Green-Schools Programme, operated with support from the NTA and Department of Transport. The #andshecycles campaign aims to increase the number of young women cycling in Ireland.

Compass Ireland – Chef of the Year Event 2021
Compass Ireland Chef of the Year 2021: This year’s theme? Sustainability 💚🌍💚
Compass Ireland recently launched their ambitious Net Zero initiative. Competitors were asked to prepare, cook and present two harmonious ‘plant-forward’ courses. Showcasing their knowledge of Compass sustainability goals in the process.
It was a pleasure to photograph Greg in action at this live event and get a close up look at the dishes that most impressed the Compass Ireland panel of culinary experts!
